The customer service never replied to me until I reported them to the pissed consumer website. Any time I tried to talk about it via Pandora chat, the representative ended chat, which was very disrespectful.

I ordered a gift back on 11/29/21 and they never shipped it. When I contacted the chat representative she did not ask me if I still need the item. She reshipped it without my permission. It arrived on 1/4/22.

I returned the item via mail on 1/7/22 because I no longer needed the gift. It was supposed to be a gift for someone on Christmas. Today, 1/12/22 I received a reply from Pandora that the item arrived on 1/4/22. How disrespectful.

I'm glad that there are websites like Pissed Consumer so at least they can't get away with their terrible customer service and stay unpunished. They offered 10% discount, while on their website there is 50% sale.

It is embarrassing. I will never purchase anything from them again and I will tell all my friends to not buy either.

User's recommendation: Do not order online.

Monetary Loss: $109.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
