I bought my wife a christmas gift (ring) I made a mistake on the size (ordered a 7 instead of 6) because it is more then 30 days past your companies won't simply exchange the size. Wow, I don't look very good as a husband.

However your company looks worse in customer service. Please help! what is so impossible with simply switching the ring with a size that fits. We have all our receipts, and all that is needed to make the switch anywhere.

No store around us carries a size 6 or they ALL said they world simply switch it out.

This is a christmas gift, Im being punished for shopping early. Again please help
