Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. They reimbursed me the discount I was initially supposed to have when purchased.
Watch the checkout carefully. The rewards program isn't legit.
The checkout online glitches. I didn't receive my rewards program discount.
I called customer service. The guy admitted it was a glitch; he even said I should have received the discount. He said, 'We'll make another purchase; it'll probably work.' Unreal.
Scam alert! He wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor.

Verified Reviewer |Doesn't Honor Promotions Promised by Own Employees
I received an email from Pandora directly for 20% off my order + double points earned from the purchase. I decided to place a large order (over $2,000 USD) to accommodate the rare discount.
When I plugged the discount in at checkout, only 5% was taken off. I immediately contacted customer support, listed every item in my cart, and specifically asked if any items were excluded from the promotion. I was told they were all fine and to place the order and once it ships, to contact them again so they can honor the code and manually process a refund. I did as I was told but when I contacted them the second time, they told me my items were not eligible for a discount and there was nothing they could do.
Luckily I saved the previous chat transcript to show them what their own employee told me to do. They once again said there was nothing they could do.
Extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Pandora should honor what they tell customers but they won't.

I have two different wishbone style rings, and both of them have stones missing. I have worn them both for two weeks. I'm a very disappointed customer, and I just decided to purchase Pandora because I usually don't do costume jewelry.

So I bought a gold bracelet like a year and a half ago, and it just broke apart! And guess what?
My warranty was only for a year, so of course I'm out some hundreds of dollars on a bracelet that should have lasted longer. Then I got the silver bracelet as a gift, and I've never worn it; I just added it to my bracelets, and it's turned rusty already!
And last but not least, I bought a ring at the same time I bought these items, and the rhinestones or whatever are in them are falling out. I will never buy Pandora jewelry ever again!

Your commercial with the new two kids talking about how their mom loves beautiful things and hearts and how special it is. You know how many kids said they can't compare or do as they do because they are not as rich.
That's not nice; I can imagine how much harder it is as well with some of the other children. Thanks for not thinking about other people.

Order delivered box empty
Ordered my mother a custom engraved charm box arrived sealed intact and the pandora box was literally empty Ive called customer service and they gave me a refund and to top it off item is no longer in stock, what fabulous customer service I did a chat they couldnt do anything

Rude and disrespectful service in the store
I went to the store to pick up my package and I didn't realize that I was out of the pickup window. The worker at the store first lied to me about the discount she could give me, then when she couldn't find the correct charm, she got smart with me.
She continued to get smart with me after I let her know she was getting smart. Highly disappointed!

Worst customer service by far! They started a claim responded to me and I sent them pictures, but they had the claim # for a ring, when it is a bracelet that I have been trying to get fixed or replaced. I responded to them several times, resent the pictures, and told them it is a bracelet not ring, but it has been almost 2 weeks and again no response.
Went to the store in the mall, they couldn't help me, and gave me a phone number to call. Tried calling many times, left on hold for over 14 minutes each time, wrote this review on Pissed Consumer, and was told they received the email and did not read it and are offering no response.
It is a chevron shaped closed bangle bracelet with cubic stones. The store did not have any in stock and gave me the customer service number to call to see if we can locate one in another store or have it replaced by mail. Anyway, I have tried calling and have been placed on hold, once for 15.23 minutes, another for 14.87 minutes, then this morning for 16.23 minutes! What good is customer service if you can not get through to them?
I don't know about you but I am very busy and do not have time to wait on hold for that long! Please help me to know what my next move should be. I am ready to contact and file a complaint with the New York State Attorney General and New York State business offices.

I still haven't received my refund; it's been over two months. I have four cases pending and no one has contacted me.
One of the supervisors, named Rebecca, is supposed to contact me, but she hasn't. I was told by twenty different agents I'll receive my refund back in 3-5 business days on several occasions, however, I have never received it. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and Pandora has taken my money.
All you guys have told me was, 'I'm sorry, here's a 15 percent off discount.' I want my money back, not a discount. I will never purchase from Pandora again, and I have informed everyone around me to do the same.

Still no bracelet replacement. No communication
They received my return bracelet the 8th and I still have no replacement. I called, emailed and no responses.
I was initially told it would be 7-10 days- what a joke lol. They did not confirm the size of the bracelet so I hope its the right size.
I can only imagine the nightmare if its not. Im so sad I didnt know about these horrible reviews before investing in Pandora jewelry

Yall have horrible customer service, but want people to spend money ordering from you. I ordered and paid for my package to be sent to store I was one day late coming because I didnt see email it was sent back
