This was supposed to be a birthday present for my birthday on Jan. 22nd
Rude and disrespectful service in the store
I went to the store to pick up my package and I didn't realize that I was out of the pickup window. The worker at the store first lied to me about the discount she could give me, then when she couldn't find the correct charm, she got smart with me.
She continued to get smart with me after I let her know she was getting smart. Highly disappointed!

Still no bracelet replacement. No communication
They received my return bracelet the 8th and I still have no replacement. I called, emailed and no responses.
I was initially told it would be 7-10 days- what a joke lol. They did not confirm the size of the bracelet so I hope its the right size.
I can only imagine the nightmare if its not. Im so sad I didnt know about these horrible reviews before investing in Pandora jewelry

I still haven't received my refund; it's been over two months. I have four cases pending and no one has contacted me.
One of the supervisors, named Rebecca, is supposed to contact me, but she hasn't. I was told by twenty different agents I'll receive my refund back in 3-5 business days on several occasions, however, I have never received it. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and Pandora has taken my money.
All you guys have told me was, 'I'm sorry, here's a 15 percent off discount.' I want my money back, not a discount. I will never purchase from Pandora again, and I have informed everyone around me to do the same.

Went to the store in the mall, they couldn't help me, and gave me a phone number to call. Tried calling many times, left on hold for over 14 minutes each time, wrote this review on Pissed Consumer, and was told they received the email and did not read it and are offering no response.
It is a chevron shaped closed bangle bracelet with cubic stones. The store did not have any in stock and gave me the customer service number to call to see if we can locate one in another store or have it replaced by mail. Anyway, I have tried calling and have been placed on hold, once for 15.23 minutes, another for 14.87 minutes, then this morning for 16.23 minutes! What good is customer service if you can not get through to them?
I don't know about you but I am very busy and do not have time to wait on hold for that long! Please help me to know what my next move should be. I am ready to contact and file a complaint with the New York State Attorney General and New York State business offices.

I put the wrong billing and shipping info on the order and I can't get assistance to correct it.

Wrong address on my return item
The class is broken . Pandora offer to replace it but I noticed they got the wrong street in my address for my label .
I change by hand but I am afraid that I will send it and they wont put the right address when they will send me my e-gift card and it will be lost ! I want they send me new label with my address and same thing on the return

This manager at the Coconut Point Store in Estero FL was unfriendly to my friend and I the moment we stepped into store. She scolded me right away when I tried to look at a ring in the tray on the counter and told me the Anyi would help me shortly!
There was no one else on the store! After finally finding the ring I liked in my size I decided to purchase it. They then got several other customers and When she checked me out asked If I would like to wear it out so I said yes as she was busy now so Anyi gave me my receipt which as it turns out was worthless to me! I wore the ring home (15 minutes) and I didn't even drive!
The next morning I decided I didn't need that ring and went back to return it. She, the manager was there, said she remembered me and took the ring and said they don't return items that aren't in original packaging! So then, she continued to examine the ring with several magnifying devices for 10 minutes and finally says No she can't take it back there is a scratch!!! I was in disbelief, shock!
She was just being a bi.ch because she didnt like me. I have never in my life experienced anything so shockingly unfair and rude in my life! This is supposed to be an upscale jewelry store and I have done business with them for years! If there Really was a scratch, I'm sure she did it!!
She needs to Go. Unfair! CUTOMER SERVICE needs to listen to the Customer!! I had $133 stolen from me!
Now it's been a week and I have not heard back from customer service and I'm sure she lied to them also!!
Do not shop at Pandora!
Brighton is so much better all around, and right down the way from them!! I have been burned because she didnt like me!!!

Poor customer service and can't reach a store. This is bogus.
Customer service is garbage. The do not help or understand.
They hear you but don't give a darn. They do not match the price they sent to my email!! They give store numbers to call and they all have messages as full then the call hangs up. Can't hear them on the phone.
They just don't care but be part of the Pandora family!? It's rediculous. So frustrating, not wanting to have people buy from you. Such aggrevation.

Wanted to return but sales person said she could not take back!

Purchased 2 bracelets and one is tarnished made a claim but no one answers the phone to speak to. Very disappointed with customer service. Will never purchase another piece of jewelry from them.

Sold me some defective jewelry and would not compensate me. These earrings do not lock into the clash once you wear them and my charms just start falling off the dangling ones.
