It's silver. Silver oxidizes. Have it cleaned.

The company offers free cleaning on all metal items.Stop by your local store and they can clean your rings, bracelets, earrings and charms within 30 mins or less.

Like the other posters mentioned, it is normal for any silver to tarnish.

Also, it would be benifical for you to purchase a polishing cloth to care for your items.

If you notice any unusal damage aside from the tarnishing, you do have a year warranty from date of purchase.

Hope the info helps.

If you shower or sleep with your ring, then it will tarnish fast.Your rings are sterling silver and it will naturally tarnish, but if it gets worn while you sleep or shower or come in contact with chemicals then it will tarnish ( turn dark) very fast.

Do not use jewelry cleaner! Take them to a Pandora store and they will gladly clean them for free. Also, ask for a "anti tarnish" pouch.

Store the rings in there when you are not wearing them.Hope it helps!

Any real sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to the air. It's a process called oxidation.

It's easily removed with a silver polishing cloth which can be found at any jewelry store.

Toothpaste also does a fine job of removing tarnish, just make sure you rinse it off well.Store jewelry in a ziplock Baggie to slow down the oxidation process.

Perfectly normal for silver to tarnish, it's just one of those things. Buy some silver cleaning solution, 'Links of London' do a silver sparkle solution that makes them come up good as new! It's brilliant.
