12 July I went to our local (Boise) Pandora store because I had a gift card and was waiting for my mom to land at the airport. So, I figured, why not look around.

I was greeted, by what I figured out now, was the store owner.

She was rude from the beginning. "We can't be doing exchanges all the time. You need to take your time picking out things", "you can't be exchanging things every month, we can't be doing that. Take your time", "you need to take your time so your husband doesn't make you exchange it". I don't even know this woman. And she is telling me this? I thought it was weird and incredibly rude. I decided not to buy anything and left the store upset.

I took it upon myself to send an email to the store and to the company. I was assigned to be assisted by Jenny Pak. Things were fine at first, we set up phone appointments to discuss what happened. She never called. So I rescheduled with her, again. She bailed on the second phone call. When I told her I was upset by this and that she didn't take it seriously, she decided to talk down and belittle me. I tried to get assistance through the Pandora Facebook page and have been ignored by their customer service. I was told to email them, and nothing back. I emailed their head of PR an US consumer inquiries, I've also called 410-309-**** and the line goes dead.

I have lost all sentimentality with my jewelry. I'm angry, hurt and upset. I and my family have spent well over $2000 on Pandora jewelry. I end up getting treated like pond ***.

I'm filing a BBB complaint tomorrow.

It's been almost a year and no help. I just decided to give the jewelry to my daughter.

You got it!! This company Pandora started as a brilliant business, and then GREED took over.

That's all you will ever get from them is rude and condescending behavior.

I should know I used to sell it in my store.

All I want is an apology. And I can't even get this.

3 WEEKS. This absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry, hurt and obviously the customers do not matter to this company. Why do I have to keep fighting over this ***?

What does this company train their employees with? I really hope the BBB can sort this out.
