Worst customer service ever in store at Woodlands Mall location in The Woodlands, Tx. I bought 3 items ten days ago.

Pandora puts on a instore sale the day after Christmas. Buy $100 and get $75 in credit towards another item. I did not wear any of my items and brought them back and I was willing to purchase more to get the offer as I was going to return all my items. The STORE MANAGER there told me I couldn't do that.

Well I said it made no difference I have 30 days for a full refund and the items are unused.

I asked for all my money back and she had the nerve to tell me that I couldn't buy anything in the store. What kind of reasoning she had as a consumer I have the right to return all the items I bought within 30 days.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

I had a similar experience at the Bridgewater store in NJ -- though I bought over $100 jewelry after Thanksgiving, and got a "free" bangle. One ring was the wrong size and I had no problem exchanging b/c Christmas.

But after Christmas, when my daughter wanted to return a necklace (and I wanted to partially exchange for less expensive bead), they would not agree to let me keep the bangle even though I continued to have over $100 in purchases including the bead.

I think this is bait and switch, plain old consumer fraud. The manager contacted me and has offered to resolve tonight - we shall see.
