I ordered a bracelet and charms on Nov. 24 for my mother's birthday.
Package arrived on Dec. 1st i was super excited because her birthday was that following week. I opened the box and out came 3 rings not my order. I called customer service and i was told i to email a picture of the items and reciept.
I was soon contacted online about the correction of my order. Next day i shipped the 3 rings back and i was told they received my returned shipment. 3rd day i recieved a phone call from a represenative of pandora saying one of my charms are out of stock. At this point im pissed i told the represenative you have a mother pick a motherly charm you would give to your mother and ship my order.
I agree to a charm and as of today my order is still processing no shipment or anything. Im very upset because my mother will not receive her birthday gift on time.
Up until now the only problems i had with Pandora was the extremely long lines now i really think they lost a customer. #unprofessional
