I purchased a ring while on vacation in Ireland. A stone fell out before I got home.

I called the Customer Service number I found on line and they referred me to a local merchant who sells Pandora. They would not do anything since they did not sell the ring. I called Customer Service back again. They sent me to Customer Affairs.

After 3 conversations with them I was sent a return label to send the ring back for a replacement. That was on May 25th. I returned the ring on May 29th. I still have not gotten the replacement.

I have tried calling "Customer Affairs" 3 times and have been on hold for over 40 minutes each time and have never gotten to speak to anyone. I just want them to stand behind their product!!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $120.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
