I bought a pair of earrings at Pandora Japan and I forgot to add a message card. I entered their site and found my order.
I wanted to modify my order just bu adding its a message card. But for my surprise I was ordering again. End of story I called the customer center and they said they couldn't change because the item was on sale. Then I wrote a message and they said the same...the website is in Japanese.
I called as soon as I ordered so that they would have plent of time to cancel it...
But they didn't... so disappointed
