New ReviewerI ordered online beginning of December 2017. I received a package opened it up and instead of 2 pairs of earrings that cost me over $100 I got a charm that was not part of my order.
After 2 hours on hold I finally got through to someone who told me to use the refund slip and send it back and send an email to them with order number and ask for originally ordered items. I did exactly as asked and after explaining it was a Christmas present she told me it would be next day delievery as soon as they receive item. I have still havenโt received an email a phone call or my order Iโve emailed and havenโt been replied to Iโve called and apparently they are not taking phone calls atm? Iโm $100 down and have receive nothing but stress and hassle.
Iโm so upset that no one has contacted me I went into a store and they said they couldnโt do anything because they were franchises and I had ordered through corporate. I want a refund at this point and I will never order o line again.
