To whom it may concern,
I'm writing to express my disappointed with my first, and more than likely my last, experience with Pandora.
I purchased a charm bracelet as a gift for myself shortly after my birthday May of last year.
Upon my purchase, I shared my thrill and excitement with many of the 98 teachers I work with.
In September, I noticed the threading became exposed around the clasp of the bracelet so I brought it in to the store.
Sadly, it had to be taken from me to be sent in for repair.
At the same time, the sales representative noticed that my charms and bracelet were slightly scuffed.
"No one mentioned to you when you bought your bracelet that we will clean it for you"
Another disappointment.
I brought the bracelet Sept 17th and called 5 weeks later. (See attached receipts).
The sales representative was unable to help me.
Finally, on .... I received a call and was told my bracelet could not be repaired and it would be replaced.
It took basically 8 weeks to come to that diagnosis? I owned the bracelet almost as long as it was in "repair "
No apology or compensation.
I hate to admit it, but my colleagues noticed that I had not worn my cherished bracelet in some time and so I explained my story. They were surprised with this story, specifically the quality of your product and of your customer service/ experience..
Unfortunately, so am I.

Pandora Gift Card
I was given a $50 gift card for my birthday. I am unsure of why, but it took Pandora 6 months to actually get the card to me. They definitely received payment from my friend, yet I had no card for 1/2 a year. Since I received the card it has been declined every time I have tried to use it. For over 22 months I have tried to use it on various purchases in 3 different states. Every time it is declined.
Calls to customer service have been useless as nothing ever made the card work. Today the card was declined again. Now customer service tells me there is a monthly service charge that is deducting $2 every month. Quick math says at most they could charge for 6 months.....so $12 fee, but they have deducted $20????? I was told the employees had been swiping the card wrong and they needed to use the card as a credit card not a debit (or vice versa). Seriously, I have attempted to use the $50 balance 8-9 times and it has been declined every time. It is not my responsibility to tell the employee how to use a gift card, but Pandora is now holding me responsible for their employee's ineptitude by issuing service charges. Since they have been unable to access the balance I have been denied the full value-now they are diminishing the value every month until I will have a zero balance. Believe me, I have tried to use the card and it is not possible. Today after hours of customer talking, explaining, hold time, being disconnected and not called back and finally having a feisty little snip tell me the card isn't even one they use any more I HAVE HAD IT!
Pandora took $50 and never delivered a functional gift card....is that not theift?
They offered to send me a new $25 gift card.....which makes no sense.
I know I am but one person, but my friend and I have had terrible experiences with Pandora. Think twice before giving them your business. I strongly encourage you to avoid their gift cards as well.
$50 is not a large amount, but the principle behind this debacle is significant. They refuse to reissue a functioning $50 gift card to me, and they refuse to refund my friend. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!

Preferred solution: Let people use the money they have no matter what form it's in. If you're going to sell gift cards you need to tell the purchaser that it's not good for everything so they can decide if they want to buy them or not.

Worst experience ever
I have never received such bad service in my life! I was traeated as if was not worth anyones time.
I walked into the Pandora store at Victoria Gardens on 5/4/2016 to buy a Mothers Day gift for my mother, Little did I know I would walk out with a sour tast in my mouth and regretting ever walking in to the store. I walked in to the store without being greeted or acknowledged by anyone of the tree sale representatives that were there, granted they were all with customers but a simple smile goes a long way. After waiting for 20min I was acknowledged by some one with a "are you wating" question. Not to mention I was the only person in the room waiting to be helped.
After 15 minutes a family or 4 walk in and the same sales representative who asked me if I was wating said "who's next" and without looking passes right I front of me and went straight to the family that's had just waked in and began to assist them.
At this point I was so disappointed that I simply walked out and took my business elsewhere were I spent $400 dollars with in a time frame of 15min. It is truly a shame that such a reputable company give such bad customer service.

Worst Customer Service! Poor Management! Sherway Garden Pandora
I have got worst experience at Pandora at Sherway Garden Location. The management is least helpful and completely unaware of the standard procedure of dealing with customers.
I gave my ring to get replaced on 5th February, 2016 and it never got any update on the ring until 24th April, when I walked in to the store inquiring about the status of the ring. Before visiting the store, I made couple of calls during the course of time to check if my ring was back and every time I was told that I will get a call when they get my ring back. So yesterday I went to store, they had my ring sitting there from 23rd February, 2016 with a message on the slip saying store left a message on my voice mall for pickup, which i never got. Question is when I made inquiry call why did not staff check the status of my ring and asked me to pick it up?
Secondly, when I asked the staff yesterday as why does the memo says I was left a message where as I never got one, she is replying I did not make any call so it is not my fault! Amazing reply.
She kept saying same thing instead of checking in with manager or apologizing in general for miscommunication.

Poor quality Pandora murano
I totally agree with you, muranos are beautiful to add color but they chip no matter how careful you are and follow their how to care recommendations. I had same sad experienced with my pandora murano, the glass chips and eventually the appearance becomes dull except for the faceted style it didn't change the appearance but same thing it chips off.
A total waste of money and it can't be kept for years as they advertised.
Better invest on diamonds and pure gold as a full Pandora bracelet will cost you at least $1500. I love my hearts on fire fulfillment necklace and I should have invested on hearts on fire bangle instead of having 8 full Pandora bracelet which cost me about $14k total for not so excellent quality.

Unfortunately once you buy Pandora they don't care about you at all! Unless that is you are making a new purchase. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else, on products that last!
You bought a bracelet, brought it in for repairs where you were told they will give you a free cleaning and then they replaced it, also for free. This review was awful, not your experience.
It was replaced....be happy! Not a cause for a bad review, this was not helpful at all.
