I ordered online beginning of December 2017. I received a package opened it up and instead of 2 pairs of earrings that cost me over $100 I got a charm that was not part of my order.
After 2 hours on hold I finally got through to someone who told me to use the refund slip and send it back and send an email to them with order number and ask for originally ordered items. I did exactly as asked and after explaining it was a Christmas present she told me it would be next day delievery as soon as they receive item. I have still haven’t received an email a phone call or my order I’ve emailed and haven’t been replied to I’ve called and apparently they are not taking phone calls atm? I’m $100 down and have receive nothing but stress and hassle.
I’m so upset that no one has contacted me I went into a store and they said they couldn’t do anything because they were franchises and I had ordered through corporate. I want a refund at this point and I will never order o line again.

Disgusted won't be buying Pandora again
Friends clubbed together for my 50th present. Sent me a couple of things.
One was some earring hooks. Struggled to work out what I needed to go with them, barrels? pendants? Popped in store on way home from work and was told I could exchange them.
Clearly the hooks cant be worn alone. Tags still attached and in original box with receipt. Took hooks next day, manager says 'no exchange on earrings'. Assistant suggests I phone customer service line to get authority for exchange.
They said it was fine but shop still insisted I posted them back. Trouble is on line service will re credit my friends account so I'll seem ungrateful. Bloody unhelpful. My family have spent over £400 in Pandora this week.
Never again. They sell the glitz then their after sales service is diabolical. Get proper gold from somewhere else.
How can they sell half a pair of earrings? No wonder theyre not in the shops anymore.

I placed an order for earrings for my daughter in early December. Received an order from Pandora almost 3 weeks later but it was completely the wrong order.
I tried calling them to correct the issue but could not get through to them. They have an automatic line which apologizes for them being so “popular”, suggests you send an email, and then disconnects. I tried calling several times a day to no avail. I sent an email and 3 days later I’m still waiting for a reply.
Do not order from them online. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!
I called a store directly and was told they are not affiliated with the Estore and they have received so many calls similar to mine that they have lost track of the number. They are embarrassed to be affiliated.

Not in stock took my money!!!
My husband ordered some charms for Christmas on 12/15/17. In the same day they took the money from his account.
The next day at 10 am he got an email stating that the order was canceled due to payment error and the item not being in stock. At the bottom of the email it said the payment would not be taken out of our account. When I called about this they said it was taken out as a pre-qualification and would be returned to us in 3-5 business days!!! Apparently this is rush and normal takes 7-14!!!
Right here at Christmas. So it only takes them a minute to draw it away from us but 5 to return it!? And on top of it all I had to wait on hold for 3 hours! And another 30 to never get to talk to a supervisor after the girl said she was patching me through to them.
This is the second time they have done this to us. I will never order anything from them again because apparently they can’t even keep up with their eventory.
Pandora Bracelet - On Sale but not for you
Just after Christmas my wife ordered a Pandora bracelet to go with some charms we gave her as gifts. She bought the bracelet "on sale 50$ off" and a few more charms online.
The charms came but the bracelet was not. She checked the status online and saw the bracelet was cancelled. When she called Pandora customer service the person said it was out of stock now and that she had to pay full price once it was back in stock. WTF?
Any other retailer online or not fulfill orders that are in-stock when you order them. Very disappointing.

Pandora online is a rip off
I have been getting the run around with Pandora estore since December 14, 2017. I ordered items online just to be emailed that the items were out of stock and the order was cancelled.
I went to the actual store and purchased the items I wanted. Next day, the money is taken out of my account even though the email said my account would not be touched. The items were delivered December 18th and 19th. Here are the order numbers: PND0185****, PND0185****, PND0185****. I called customer service again and told them the situation.
I asked if I could put everything in ONE box and was told yes. I went to the post office and sent it off. I have been calling every other day just to be told no one knows where the package is. I did forget to write down the tracking number but the package should have been back to Pandora weeks ago.
I went to read reviews about Pandora online and was mortified to see that the same thing has happened to others!!!!! This is ridiculous!
Where is the order??? Pretty soon it will be past the 30 day refund mark and I still expect a FULL REFUND!!!

Second ring purchased acting like silver plated.
Brought heart ring Christmas. Within days it looked like the ring was silver plated.
Wasn’t tarnished. You could see the different metal under the silver. Store exchanged with no problems. But said it couldn’t be chemicals in my skin.
Agree if tarnished. But this looked like costume jewellery when the colour comes off. So the new ring. 3 days old and doing the exact same thing.
Cleaned it as advised. Still same. I swear these rings are just silver plated. My mum has a pandora ring she’s worn for three years.
Absolutely no problem.
Hasn’t tarnished or lost its colour. Are pandora false advertising.
