I ordered online beginning of December 2017. I received a package opened it up and instead of 2 pairs of earrings that cost me over $100 I got a charm that was not part of my order.

After 2 hours on hold I finally got through to someone who told me to use the refund slip and send it back and send an email to them with order number and ask for originally ordered items. I did exactly as asked and after explaining it was a Christmas present she told me it would be next day delievery as soon as they receive item. I have still haven’t received an email a phone call or my order I’ve emailed and haven’t been replied to I’ve called and apparently they are not taking phone calls atm? I’m $100 down and have receive nothing but stress and hassle.

I’m so upset that no one has contacted me I went into a store and they said they couldn’t do anything because they were franchises and I had ordered through corporate. I want a refund at this point and I will never order o line again.

Ordered charms for my sister on Dec. 9, 2017 for Xmas to be shipped directly to her. Got the email that my package has shipped but 2 weeks go by and my sister has not received her package. I call Pandora and they tell me that the package was sent back to Pandora for package damage. I did not get notified of this...nor did they re-ship in another box. I call 3 days before Xmas and was told they would have to re-submit my order but now my package would be shipped AFTER Xmas. Ok, whatever. We are now going into the 2nd week of January, no email saying my package has shipped so I call today. Waited on hold for 45 minutes then got a rude customer service rep who put me on hold for another 10 minutes..never apologized for the inconvenience or the hassle. She says they'll have to resubmit my order again and escalate because they haven't gotten to my order yet. WHAT??? It's been a few days shy of a month and they haven't gotten to my order yet? I'll NEVER order anything from Pandora again. And I'm going to tell everyone I know about this very unprofessional treatment and business practice!

Worse than zero customer service

I ordered $300 of jewelry for myself on 12/18 through Canadian estore at 1:51pm. By 3:51pm, I got an email saying the order was cancelled and my credit card wouldn’t be charged. Fine. But I’d like a reason why. I call the customer care line..”we are really popular right now..blah blah blah..” hang up. Fine. Sent an email. Got the “we promise to respond in 24-48 hours” crap. Checked my credit card to ensure nothing was charged. It was pending and then disappeared. Lo and behold, 2/1 I get an email apologizing I wasn’t able to track my order. But here is good news! It was delivered on the 29th! Ummm, what order? You, Pandora canceled it! Checked the tracking # they sent and it was delivered to St Herbert QC! So they gave me another woman’s information! By calling the shipping company, I was freely given this woman’s name and address by giving the tracking number! That’s how I at least figured out they hadn’t changed their mind and sent me my order. I emailed pandora customer service telling them to NEVER contact me again. And I will be watching my credit card. I want nothing from them ever. Incredibly incompetent customer service.

Adquirí en Mayo un abalorio en Miami, me dieron ticket y documento de autenticidad de dicha pieza, con tan mala suerte que pasados unos meses me doy cuenta que la pieza está defectuosa, me dirijo a Pandora De España y me dicen que no pueden hacerse cargo por ser una pieza exclusiva de Miami. No fue eso lo que me dijeron en la tienda donde lo adquirí. Me gustaría me dijeran que podría hacer, fue una pieza comprada para un recuerdo especial. Gracias

Disgusted won't be buying Pandora again

Friends clubbed together for my 50th present. Sent me a couple of things.

One was some earring hooks. Struggled to work out what I needed to go with them, barrels? pendants? Popped in store on way home from work and was told I could exchange them.

Clearly the hooks cant be worn alone. Tags still attached and in original box with receipt. Took hooks next day, manager says 'no exchange on earrings'. Assistant suggests I phone customer service line to get authority for exchange.

They said it was fine but shop still insisted I posted them back. Trouble is on line service will re credit my friends account so I'll seem ungrateful. Bloody unhelpful. My family have spent over £400 in Pandora this week.

Never again. They sell the glitz then their after sales service is diabolical. Get proper gold from somewhere else.

How can they sell half a pair of earrings? No wonder theyre not in the shops anymore.

i bought two pairs of hooped earrings one with the Pandora mark much to my disappointment when they arrived they were of very poor quality and much smaller than it looked and at 60 a pair I could have got a real sterling silver much bigger hoop earrings at Debenhams for half the price or less ! Earrings are non returnable I woild be careful ordering them on line I have learnt a valuble Lesson wont shop there again

I placed an order for earrings for my daughter in early December. Received an order from Pandora almost 3 weeks later but it was completely the wrong order.

I tried calling them to correct the issue but could not get through to them. They have an automatic line which apologizes for them being so “popular”, suggests you send an email, and then disconnects. I tried calling several times a day to no avail. I sent an email and 3 days later I’m still waiting for a reply.

Do not order from them online. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!

I called a store directly and was told they are not affiliated with the Estore and they have received so many calls similar to mine that they have lost track of the number. They are embarrassed to be affiliated.

Today is 1/17/18 and I first placed my jewelry order on 12/7/17 and no, the issue is still not resolved. I did not receive the correct order before Christmas so I called (yes, I finally got a live person) and cancelled the order.

Last week I received a UPS notice that they were trying to drop off a package and it turned out to be the pandora order, so I rejected it and now I am waiting for my credit. Can you believe that they have had my money for a month and a half????

Hate Pandora!!! They are one big colossal screw up of a company.

First time I complained about my rose gold charms in the pandora shop they eventually exchanged two of them and cleaned the others. After a lot of debate! Few months later it's happening again. The rose gold is wearing off. Very disappointed as so expensive. Not for every day wear and only occasional I'm afraid. I wish I'd got silver as they rose gold one practically looks silver now anyway.

My husband ordered some charms for Christmas on 12/15/17. In the same day they took the money from his account.

The next day at 10 am he got an email stating that the order was canceled due to payment error and the item not being in stock. At the bottom of the email it said the payment would not be taken out of our account. When I called about this they said it was taken out as a pre-qualification and would be returned to us in 3-5 business days!!! Apparently this is rush and normal takes 7-14!!!

Right here at Christmas. So it only takes them a minute to draw it away from us but 5 to return it!? And on top of it all I had to wait on hold for 3 hours! And another 30 to never get to talk to a supervisor after the girl said she was patching me through to them.

This is the second time they have done this to us. I will never order anything from them again because apparently they can’t even keep up with their eventory.

Pandora Bracelet - On Sale but not for you

Just after Christmas my wife ordered a Pandora bracelet to go with some charms we gave her as gifts. She bought the bracelet "on sale 50$ off" and a few more charms online.

The charms came but the bracelet was not. She checked the status online and saw the bracelet was cancelled. When she called Pandora customer service the person said it was out of stock now and that she had to pay full price once it was back in stock. WTF?

Any other retailer online or not fulfill orders that are in-stock when you order them. Very disappointing.

So your complaint is that you were not fast enough to get it at the discounted price and expect to get it at the sale price once they are back in stock? Sorry but the issue is your expectations vs.

reality. A simple fact of life is not everyone wins. You missed out and that is NOT THIER FAULT!!!! So why would you expect them to give you the same price?

Unless specifically designated by the company selling the item that the item is raincheckable. Your order was cancelled due to them not having it in stock. That is why they were selling it at such a discount. To get rid of it.

Old style and not as desired at regular price. They get the “new “ style in and it’s regular price. Don’t hate because YOU were late!!!! Grow up a bit and stop being such a sheep.

You could have gotten off your *** and went into the store and probably have gotten an even better deal. But YOU chose the format and NOW seek to punish them for not getting your way ONLINE. I’m sure you are a nice person and don’t actually mean all that nasty stuff and are only venting your frustration. But please take a moment and realize that you are acting very selfish and self entitled over something that is definitely your fault.

You chose WHEN to make that online purchase. So maybe instead of trying to tarnish their reputation and bully them because YOU screwed up, accept the fact that ALL of this with online shopping IS 100% on the consumer. You CHOSE to use a system that is flawed because YOU did not wish to interact with a live person. It’s that or you are so self entitled and lazy that online is the only way you CAN do anything.

Please realize that life isn’t always about you. That stuff happens and you don’t always get your way.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. It all boils down to using basic common sense.

Wow, I'm reading your reply to above post and it is apparent that you did not understand at all. The post said he had already Purchased the bracelet and was waiting for it to be delivered, and when they checked their status on shipping, it was cancelled by Pandora.Pandora should have back-ordered the item and honored the customer's price when order was placed at 50% off.

Pandora should have also notified the customer that they had inventory problems causing them to run out of stock and their system had allowed them to place an order anyhow. It is not the customer's fault.Pandora is a selling items and a online service and failed on these fronts.

My daughter received a ring for Christmas. Two days later, two of the sets had fallen out.

We returned it to the store and were told that the ring was "bent" and they did not know if it could be replaced or repaired. They would send it back and see. I asked how long this would take and was told 6 to 8 weeks, it was being shipped back to Thailand.......:/.

Explains a LOT!!!!! Won't be purchasing anything else for Pandora.

I have been getting the run around with Pandora estore since December 14, 2017. I ordered items online just to be emailed that the items were out of stock and the order was cancelled.

I went to the actual store and purchased the items I wanted.  Next day, the money is taken out of my account even though the email said my account would not be touched. The items were delivered December 18th and 19th. Here are the order numbers:  PND0185****, PND0185****, PND0185****. I called customer service again and told them the situation.

I asked if I could put everything in ONE box and was told yes. I went to the post office and sent it off. I have been calling every other day just to be told no one knows where the package is. I did forget to write down the tracking number but the package should have been back to Pandora weeks ago.

I went to read reviews about Pandora online and was mortified to see that the same thing has happened to others!!!!! This is ridiculous!

Where is the order??? Pretty soon it will be past the 30 day refund mark and I still expect a FULL REFUND!!!

Second ring purchased acting like silver plated.

Brought heart ring Christmas. Within days it looked like the ring was silver plated.

Wasn’t tarnished. You could see the different metal under the silver. Store exchanged with no problems. But said it couldn’t be chemicals in my skin.

Agree if tarnished. But this looked like costume jewellery when the colour comes off. So the new ring. 3 days old and doing the exact same thing.

Cleaned it as advised. Still same. I swear these rings are just silver plated. My mum has a pandora ring she’s worn for three years.

Absolutely no problem.

Hasn’t tarnished or lost its colour. Are pandora false advertising.

My husband purchased for X-mas 2 beads and a stopper. He was not sure I needed the stopper and asked if I could exchange it. My husband asked more than once. The salesperson, Janine, said that as long as we had the receipt we could - all information was on file. Well, guess what? With receipt and all, they refused to exchange the bead stopper, denied saying an exchange was ever possible, because the sale was final. Janine, was there and refused to face us and admit to what she said. This other salesperson could only shrug her shoulders and say, "she was sorry". The store manager was busy discussing with a customer who got the wrong size ring, and was being refused an exchange, because it was a gift! So, what's the use of the information they require on that postcard? These damn beads are not cheap. I had purchased one for a friend's birthday a month before, and that same month my husband purchased 2 more for his daughter. There are many other bead-like jewelers, that are a lot cheaper and provide much better customer service. I Will NEVER buy from Pandora again!!!!
