I placed an online order (the US online store). My order was shipped to the wrong state (they say it was UPS' fault) and returned to Pandora. I've made countless phone calls and sent many emails. I bought merchandise on line (e-store-Italy) on December 1. I paid for an express shipment (2 days). After 2 days the merchandise was not delivered yet. My daughter has had 2 Princess Pandora rings - she is not at all hard on her jewelry, barely wears this last one because the first one broke. We returned the first one and got a replacement, months later her new one broke - I tried contacting Pandora and have not heard back from them, and it has been months. Had a very poor experience with Pandora. I own 2 Pandora bracelets, one of which is nearly impossible to open, even after 3 years. I was told they have little openers which help, so I stopped in a Pandora store in Beechwood Mall, Ohio and asked for one. They charged me $15 for a kit which included an opener - the kit has a small brush and 3 cloths (none of which I need or want) and was told it was a bargain because the opener-assist by itself it... I have recently gotten a bracelet from which I have boughten from your local stores. I recived my bracelet as a gift and each charm from a different family member.
