I have had my bracelet for a year a i

Have six charms and the whole bracelet and charms are tarnished and I am very disapointed

I will send you the entire bracelet, as I dont know how to send a picture on my tablet.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my bracelet, how can you pay this much money for something so special and now I can't even wear it. I always remove it when showering or sleeping or cleaning. I want my bracelet, and I wanted it filled up, now that isn't possible. I am hurt about this. What can be done.

Monetary Loss: $275.

Location: Dearborn, Michigan

My bracelet is full. My loss is approximately $2,000. Itโ€™s over priced costume jewelry!

WRONG! If it were that easy, everyone would be doing it.

I wear mine all the time, ignore what they say about water, they just say it to cover themselves. Wear it and it will sparkle again.

I worry too whether some of the charms and bracelets I received from friends, both as gifts and also in memory of my daughter when God called her way too soon, are real Pandora and/or real sterling silver. I took a few items to Jareds and they checked them out for me.

I plan to take more to a local Pandora store, explain my situation and hope they'll help. I charish EVERY one of my charms and bracelets as they came from friends. I would however like to keep the sterling separate from the others. I store mine in a three layer Pandora jewelry box, some have tarnished and some have not.

Not sure why yet. A couple things I know for sure is that my sterling silverware (inherited) does tarnish despite storing in a box created specifically for it. Sterling jewelry I've purchased and received as gifts with laser engraved photos of my daughter have not tarnished and the company producing these has an A+ BBB rating over many years. My copper pots lined with tin have tarnished much worse than my copper lined with stainless steel.

A trusted jeweler who does not sell Pandora suggested using a strong magnet to test each piece as an initial procedure that can be done at home, sterling is not magnetic.

I'm thinking everyone would feel more, or less, confident regarding their Pandora purchases if they had a trusted local jeweler check each piece.

If you want something nice you must take care of it. Place tin foil in a dish, cover bracelet with baking soda, at boiling hot water.

Let set.

Brush with a toothbrush and then polish with polish cloth until dry or use silver cleaning cream. Just like real silverware and place settings; you must polish silver regularly.

I found my brand new, never worn Pandora bracelet all dark grey, looking like an ordinary piece of scrap. It reminded me of high nickel content silver.

I'm wondering if these expensive bracelets are indeed made of genuine sterling silver.

I will return mine to the store. I'm disappointed with the quality of the silver and the fact that I could not use it when I needed it.

My Pandora bracelet was a present from the girls at work in Augustand it has been hanging on my jewellery tree since then. I have worn it twice.

I took it back to the pandora shop as it was extremely tarnished. I wanted a total refund, as I am dissatisfied with this tat.

All they did was clean it.

I have read previous reviews, and it seems this jewellery tarnishes quite a lot if you use perfume, creams ect, costing their customers more money. It is now going on eBay and I will get myself another peice of jewellery with the money.

I'm personally suspicious about these "sterling silver" bracelets. When I was trying to decide on the length of bracelet, the sales clerk recommended not buying too loose as the bracelet "lengthens" with time.

Hello!?!?

What's with silver bracelets expanding on their own?!?! If we could make precious metals expand unexplainably, we could all have our own personal goldmine.

The chain is woven tightly and it's designed to loosen as you wear it, that way when you first get it, it's not too loose and after you put charms on it's not too tight.

I also have had my pandora bracelet for over a year. I have cleaned it.

I left it in my jewelry case (along with other fake/real jewelry) and when I looked at it one day it was brown!! The cheap $5 rings did not turn brown but this did. All of it. It must be worth like $400 and it's all messed up.

It doesn't even look as if it could possibly be cleaned and restored to its original beauty. It's depressing because I could have bought a new laptop or ipap with that much money.

I do not recommend this garbage company to anyone. :( :cry

It's sterling silver genius, you need to polish it. The company is not garbage, you just didn't use your brain darling.

Its recommended to have your bracelet cleaned at least twice a year, depending on how often you wear it. And it is free at Pandora stores.

All sterling silver tarnishes over time no matter what. It's just the nature of the metal.

But the bright side is, it's much less expensive that gold and the tarnish CAN be cleaned off. All you have to do it take a small bowl, an old tooth brush, warm water, mild hand soap and scrub the tarnish off.

Then dry with a paper towel.

Pandora jewelry is mostly sterling silver jewelry which can easily tarnish. All it needs is to be cleaned.

Anything can tarnish it from where it was stored (don't store it in the box) or to a lot of wear and mixing with the oils on your skin.

Your bracelet isn't ruined. Take it into a Pandora store and have them clean it (it's free) and you'll be amazed at how nice it looks.
